These Terms of Service govern your use of Miso Kitchen, a recipe and cooking companion app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Keep your credentials safe and let us know right away if you notice unauthorized use.
Miso Kitchen is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app lawfully and to respect other community members. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the service.
Recipes, photos, and comments you share in Open Kitchen are visible to other users. You retain ownership of your content but grant Miso Kitchen a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the app. You're responsible for what you post and must not upload content that is unsafe, infringing, or violates anyone's rights.
We may remove content that violates these terms, is reported by users, or is flagged by our safety checks. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
Miso uses AI to help you cook, clip, and plan. AI suggestions are not medical, nutritional, or allergy advice. Always double-check ingredients and cooking temperatures for food safety.
Miso Pro is sold through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the community.
Miso Kitchen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Miso Kitchen is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
